The assignment involved identifying and compiling applicable national health and safety legislation, regulations, and mandatory compliance requirements into a structured legal register supported by regulatory summaries, applicability screening questions, and references to official legal sources. In parallel, a practical compliance audit checklist was developed to translate legal obligations into measurable audit criteria, incorporating primary and secondary compliance requirements together with guidance notes to facilitate compliance assessments. The project provided organizations with a structured framework for understanding, implementing, and auditing health and safety regulatory compliance across corporate office and retail environments.
